Very thorough appointment. Great
first impression as a new patient.
Dr. Lewis is an excellent communicator. Diagnosis and treatment, pertaining to a pulled muscle, were explained in detail in a very relaxed, non-rushed appointment.
The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was terrific from scheduling, check in, X-rays, doctors consult. Only negative was PA that fitted knee brace could have spent more time as it was not fitted properly with adjustments not locked in place.

Dr Lewis really has my best interest in play and is providing a thorough analysis of my condition. The treatment course is conservative which is fantastic instead of just opting for a surgical fix. I appreciate that.

Dr. Lewis was fast and quick but he meant will in the communication. The nurse has a good ears too. The training young doctor was patient. The office was pretty busy on that date. I appreciated everyone at the office for working hard!

Discussing issues is not easy for me but I felt it was nessary and Dr. Lewis should know what is going on with his staff.
I was satisfied with our discussion until he told the office sees 45 patients a day.
First of all I am a patient too.
Second maybe you don't have enough staff for that many patients. Perhaps a team should be assembled to handle just pain

I’m 82 years old and Dr. Lewis did a reverse shoulder replacement on me. I was in a lot of pain prior to surgery. He carefully explained every detail of the surgery and what to expect. I’m now 2 weeks out of surgery. Today I had my staples removed. This practice is full of kind hearted and knowledgeable people.

Top notch services and staff. From the office visits to the surgery center. Our son, who is a student athlete tore his ACL and meniscus. Dr. Lewis did an amazing job explaining the injuries and the treatment(s) that were needed. His ability to comfort our son was remarkable. I would highly recommend Dr. Lewis.
